FOTIMA Group (Hangzhou Senser Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) is the only officially authorized office in China for ALT University (Mukhametran Tenesbaev ALT University) in Kazakhstan, and is exclusively authorized by the university to handle tuition fee collection. It is fully responsible for the following duties:
Educational cooperation and university collaboration: Promoting cooperation and exchanges between universities in China and Kazakhstan, and signing strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of our university;
Admissions and Selection: Responsible for international student recruitment and promotion, GPA and degree certificate verification, and application material processing;
Interviews and Admissions: Organize undergraduate, master's, and doctoral entrance interviews for international students, and issue admission notices and invitations to enroll;
Full-process management and services: We connect with the ALT University President's Office to provide Chinese students with full-process management from application, enrollment, internship to graduation;
International Study Tours and Promotion: Conduct international study tours in China, and undertake market promotion and related brand publicity work.
The only official payment channel: ALT University authorizes FOTIMA Group (Hangzhou Sense Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) as the only legal tuition fee collection agency in China.
No other company, individual, or account is authorized to collect tuition fees on behalf of ALT University. FOTIMA China Office: One-stop Study Abroad Services

ALT University hereby authorizes FOTIMA Group (Hangzhou Sense Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) as the only officially authorized tuition payment collection agency for ALT University in China.
FOTIMA also assumes all the functions of ALT University's China office. ALT University has not authorized any other company, institution, or individual within China to collect tuition fees on its behalf.

Official Admission Preparation Materials

Please prepare screenshots or photos of the following materials in advance (format: Jpeg, Png):
1. Scanned copy of prior academic qualification certificate (academic proof). Applicants applying in advance can consult the China office (2 copies, which must be translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan);
2. A scanned copy of the passport's first page; the passport must be valid for more than one year.
3. Two scanned copies of academic performance test transcripts/transcripts stamped with the school's official seal (must be translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan);
4. White background electronic ID photo, size 3×4cm or 3.5×4.5cm;
5. Study abroad application form (paper copy; students should fill in the required information and scan it to send to the FOTIMA office in China);
6.75 / Standard medical certificate (must be accompanied by a chest X-ray report and a negative HIV test result).
Upon arrival in Kazakhstan, you must bring all original documents to the China office of the Admissions Committee of Mukhamedjana Tenishpayev ALT University for verification. Payment process

1. The student receives an offer letter from ALT University, along with an enrollment contract and payment receipt;
2. Transfer the tuition fee to the designated account of the aforementioned China office according to the amount stated on the payment notice;
3. After the China office confirms receipt of payment, it will issue a confirmation letter for collection and payment on behalf of the student and make the tuition payment to ALT University in a unified manner.
4. The China office will handle the registration procedures for students and ALT University will issue an invitation letter for admission visa.

Material submission time at each stage:
Fall applications: May 1st - August 25th
Spring application period: September 1 – December 24
Admissions Assessment: The university's China Office will conduct on-campus interviews (online/in-person) with foreign citizens to verify whether the applicants' overall academic qualifications meet the university's admission standards.
Admission rules:
After passing the interview assessment, the applicant will be officially admitted and registered as a student of the school.
