The event gathered government and enterprise elites, authoritative institutions and leading industry players. Saken Seitov, First Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in China, and Xia Qun, Vice President of CCPIT Ningbo Sub-Council, attended and delivered speeches. Lu Yizhen, Director of the China Office of the International Department of Kazakh ALT University and Atyrau Oil and Gas University, presented successful cases of industry-education integration for Ningbo enterprises "going global" and introduced the Belt and Road Commercial Service Center.More than 60 key foreign trade enterprises from Ningbo participated in the event. As the officially authorized delivery unit for the Belt and Road China Offices of Kazakh ALT University and Atyrau Oil and Gas University, FOTIMA GROUP was invited to participate in depth and deliver a core presentation. With authoritative university endorsement and industrial resource integration, it has built the strongest link for China-Kazakhstan cooperation.

In his speech, Saken Seitov emphasized that China is Kazakhstan’s largest trade and investment partner, and China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation is entering a golden period of development. Industrial upgrading, cross-border logistics and digital trade have become core growth drivers. Kazakhstan is accelerating its transformation from a resource-based economy to a dual-driven model of manufacturing and digital economy, with huge potential in manufacturing, new energy and cross-border e-commerce. The embassy will continue to provide policy support, resource matching and landing assistance for Chinese-funded enterprises, encouraging them to seize the dividends of the Central Asian market, make compliant layouts and engage in long-term development.

Xia Qun stated that as a major foreign trade city and manufacturing hub in China, Ningbo enjoys strong complementarity with Kazakhstan in equipment manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce, logistics infrastructure, new energy and other fields, boasting broad cooperation prospects. With the in-depth alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative and Kazakhstan’s "Bright Road" strategy, Ningbo-Kazakhstan cooperation has ushered in unprecedented strategic opportunities. CCPIT Ningbo Sub-Council will continue to build a platform for government, enterprise and university connectivity, integrate resources and smooth channels to help enterprises go global with lower costs and steady development.

As the Director of the China Offices of the two Kazakh universities, Lu Yizhen showcased successful light-asset overseas expansion cases of industry-education integration implemented by the universities, connecting the entire chain of education, scientific research and industry, and building a bridge for international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. With the exclusive official authorization from the two universities, FOTIMA GROUP has fully deployed three core businesses under the Belt and Road Initiative, forming a closed-loop ecosystem of international education, scientific research empowerment and industrial landing:
-
Belt and Road Technology Research Institute R&D LAB: Focusing on technical pain points and digitalization needs in cross-border industrial cooperation, it provides applied research and development, standard adaptation, technical verification and localized solution design. It builds a collaborative platform of "technology + industry + policy", reducing technical and compliance risks for enterprises’ overseas landing, and providing technical support for upgrading China-Kazakhstan cooperation from trade exchanges to in-depth industrial chain integration.
-
Belt and Road Education Center: Positioned as a two-way education and cultural hub, it offers one-stop study-abroad services from domestic planning to overseas support. Meanwhile, it promotes strategic cooperation agreements, faculty and student exchanges, and joint curriculum development between Chinese and Kazakh universities, creating an international education benchmark that emphasizes both "bringing in" and "going out", and cultivating interdisciplinary talents for industrial cooperation between the two countries.
-
Belt and Road Commercial Service Center: Adhering to the philosophy of full-process empowerment and commercialized landing, it provides one-stop overseas expansion solutions for enterprises from top-level strategic design to localized operation. It integrates resources from universities, law firms, accounting firms, overseas warehouses, e-commerce platforms and more, delivering full-link services covering compliance, registration, finance and taxation, logistics and marketing, helping enterprises efficiently integrate into the Central Asian market and achieve long-term stable profitability.

At the event, FOTIMA GROUP became the highlight with its official university endorsement and full-chain service capabilities. It reached in-depth cooperation intentions with multiple enterprises in energy cooperation, logistics infrastructure, talent customization, technical cooperation and other fields, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent projects.
In the future, FOTIMA GROUP will continue to leverage its core advantages as the official China Offices of the two prestigious Kazakh universities, deeply cultivate the Central Asian market, integrate global resources, innovate cooperation models, and build the top service brand for China-Kazakhstan cooperation. It will help more Chinese enterprises seize opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative, explore the Central Asian market, expand influence across Europe and Asia, and achieve win-win cooperation!
